The compact mini reactor is suitable for synthesis in the liquid phase with mechanical stirring unit and a volume from 50 ml to 2000 ml as well as electric heating. The reactions can take place under vacuum or excess pressure. The temperature is variable in the range from 20°C to 250°C with intervals of 0.5°C, controlled by a micro processor with an integrated PT100 sensor. You can select a stirring speed between 100 1/min and 700 1/min in gradings of 25 1/min by another micro processor. The unit consists of an aluminum block for a quick transfer as well as even distribution of the temperature, equipped with punch holes in order to be able to monitor the reaction. The reactor as well as the stirring unit are mounted to a telescope bar for easy operation during the process and they are adjustable. The unit has an automatic safety system in case of overheating.1)

The reactions can take place under vacuum or excess pressure. The stirring speed can be selected between 100 1/min and 700 1/min in gradings of 25 1/min by another micro processor.
