According to DIN 51750 pt. 2 for target spot and bottom samples of mineral oil products, insulation oils, special and test gasoline, petroleum, heating oils, etc.
The immersion cylinder is lowered in the tank using the manually operated reel. To fill the sample in the cylinder a valve is opened at the target spot using a separate traction cable.
