Economically priced ultrapure water system for sensitive laboratory applications.
The extremely compact ultrapure water system LaboStar™ is a cost-effective means of producing analytical grade water. Can be used as benchtop unit or mounted to the wall. A 0.2 μm charged sterile filter at the dispenser removes bacteria and endotoxins. This makes it possible to produce pure water with an endotoxin content of <0.001 EU/ml without the need for any further investment in an ultrafilter. The LaboStar™ is a treatment system of practical design for cost-effective production of even small amounts of analytical-grade water: 0.055μS/cm, equivalent to 18.2MΩ-cm, and TOC of between 1 & 10 ppb, depending on the model. This water quality exceeds all relevant standards incl. ASTM Type I, CLSI & ISO 3696 Type I. Available to produce ultrapure water straight from your drinking water supply. As feed water for the Labostar™-DI unit, fully demineralized or distilled water or permeate from a reverse osmosis unit is required.
The benefits of LaboStar™:
- Lowest TOC value even with the DI version
- Ultra-pure water for highest demands
- The systems can be fed with tap or pre-treated water
- Practical dispenser for easy withdrawal
- Sterile filter at outlet
- Very quiet operation
- Quick and easy disinfection
- Quick-action couples for easy replacement of modules
- Conductivity monitoring for infeed water and ultra-pure water
- Inexpensive – ideal for small volumes
- With integrated tank (depending on version)
