Ultrapure Water Systems - ASTM type I + II, TKA Wasseraufbereitungssysteme

The ultra-pure water system for direct connection to drinking water. Ideal for use in laboratories without connection to pre-treated water. Modular treatment levels produce laboratory water of different qualities, such as ASTM type II (e.g. for rinsing of laboratory glasses, preparation and dilution of buffers, etc.) and ASTM type II (e.g. instrumental analyses, AAS, HPLC, IC, ICP). The produced laboratory water type II can be removed from the integrated 6 l ultra-pure water tank. An additional pressure output makes it possible to provide downstream devices such as autoclaves and analysers. The number of innovative enhancement options, e.g. an UV-lamp with the wavelengths 185/254 nm and a rinsable ultra-filter with a flow rate of up to 0.6 l/min ensure ideal supply of all analytical and bio-scientific applications.

  • Flexible, compact laboratory system for mounting on the laboratory table, or for space-saving wall mounting with the optionally available holder
  • High-tech treatment cartridges that can be replaced separately for easy, economical change of consumables
  • Universal supply of laboratory water by provision of different removal capacities (3 or 6 l/h) and ultra pure water qualities (ASTM I and II)
  • Guaranteed pure water quality: The recirculation pump and the sterile ventilation filter serve as contamination protection and ensure a tank water quality of 10 – 15 MΩ × cm
  • Additional pressure output at the ultra pure water tank for supplying upstream units (e.g. autoclaves, analyzers) or connecting a flexible dispenser
