Horizontal electrophoresis chambers for immersion applications (DNA/RNA sequencing)

Removable gel carriers made of UV-transparent Plexiglas. Plug-in side panels and machined mounting slots for the combs make it easy to pour the gel outside the chamber. The combs are made of Teflon, guaranteeing clean, precision pockets in the aragose gel.

The buffer trays are made of seamless molded Plexiglas and will not leak. Rubber feet enhance the stability of the chamber.

Immersing the gel into the running buffer results in optimal cooling during the separation process, guaranteeing uniform running characteristics. The chamber provides safe operation. Current will only flow if the cover is closed. All chambers are supplied ready for use.

two-dimensional and native gel electrophoresis

2 round stainless steel bars allow you to move the upper buffer tray, so that you can use gel plates of varying lengths. The advantages are obvious. You only need one chamber for 20, 24 or 28 cm protein gels. The buffer trays are machined from a single piece to preclude leaks. There are also no adhesive joints.

Sequencing chamber with aluminum temperature control plate. 2 round stainless steel bars allow you to move the upper buffer tray on this chamber as well, so that you can use sequencing gels between 150 and 1000 mm. The attached aluminum plate ensures uniform heat distribution during the process. The buffer trays feature single piece construction to preclude leaks. When the trays are open, the electrodes are disconnected from the power supply to ensure a safe working environment. No adhesive joints.
