3 Sample Reducer TYLER RX 18

For dividing sieve material into representative test sieve samples.
The TYLER Sample Reducer designed to reduce large material samples to workable testing sizes; The Sample Reducer accomplishes a 16 to 1 reduction and maintains a representative size distribution in one process.
Max. particle size 12,7 mm = ½ inch

4 Rotating Sample Reducer HAVER RPT

The rotating sample reducer provides small but representative sample volumes of solids and suspensions. This sample reducer combines three splitting processes in one unit and presents the best sample splitting results achievable with contemporary technology. The rotation and the large number of splitting channels (up to 30) allow the HAVER PRT to achieve variable splitting ratios of up to 3,000 splitting steps per minute, and an accuracy of 99.9%. In this way, highly accurate splitting is possible also with materials with poor flow, e.g. cement or limestone.

  • Representative sample splitting in the ratio of 1:8, 1:10, or 1:30
  • Max. volume of material per run: 4,000 ml (1:8)
  • Max. particle size = 10 mm
  • Suitable for dry or wet splitting
