Dispersing Systems, IDL

The dispersing systems DISPO-Unidrive X 1000 and DISPO-Unidrive X 1000 D work with powerful drive motors and various dispersing shafts, which in turn have replaceable rotors and stators. The handy DISPO-X120 was developed for use with small volumes.

Replaceable mixing and dispersing shafts are available for use in a variety of applications and with different batch sizes. The shafts have a quick snap-on coupling for fats replacement.

Various shaft bearings and seals are available.

Inline units

The DK30 flow chamber is available for the G20 and G30 shafts. It is an all stainless steel unit, which encloses the dispersing tools to create an inline device that can be used both for homogenization and pumping. Together with the stator and rotor tools., the DK40 flow chamber forms an inline machine, which also offers cooling of the outer shell of the chamber if required.
