Immersion Coolers, Thermo Scientific

Immersion coolers are stand-alone units designed to cool liquids in vessels of different shape. Used together with the Thermo Scientific open bath circulators, the immersion coolers EK20 to EK90 can extend the working range of the circulators to -90°C.
All units are air-cooled. For work performed at around room temperature, the use of compressor-cooled units is more economical in the long term than cooling with tap water.

Model EK20

  • Cooling coil made of high grade steel, fits in Thermo Scientific baths 150 mm deep
  • Removable venting grille for easy cleaning of the condenser

Model EK30

  • As EK20 bit with extended temperature range
  • Cooling coil made of high grade steel, fits in Thermo Scientific baths 200 mm deep
  • High cooling capacity

Model EK45

  • As EK30 but with extended temperature range
  • Complete with temperature controller and digital display

Model EK90

  • Prepared for up to -90°C
  • Flexible cooling coil made of high grade steel (minimum bending radius 40 mm)
  • 2-stage cooling unit included
  • Very compact
  • Complete with temperature controller and digital display
