The working temperature is selected by means of the digital measuring regulator which also constantly displays the actual thermal value. Temperature control takes place fully automatically. The control difference amounts to ±1 K and better, as does the temperature distribution over the aluminium alloy heating surface. The housing is made of stainless steel and additionally coated. The appliance's own built-in, anti-overheating safety device can be set within a temperature range of 50 to 300 °C.
