Turbulence-free internal air-ventilation, separation of the thermal jacket from the interior prevents the occurrence of drying out the loads through the cooling-device. Energy saving heating/cooling system (R134a), highly efficient automatic defrosting system. Segment-dependent control of the internal air-ventilation in 10% steps (from 10 to 100%). 2 stainless steel grids are supplied.
Series IPP Peltier-cooled
Temperature range: +5°C to +70°C
Max. temperature deviations precision better than 0.1°C, uniformity better than ±0.4°C (at +10 and +37°C)
Forced ventilation by Peltier fan. Energy-saving, refrigerant-free Peltier heating/cooling system (heat-pump principle). 1 stainless steel grid each is supplied with the model sizes 200 and 300; on models of sizes 400 and 500 there are 2 stainless steel grids.
Series IPS Peltier-cooled
Temperature range: +14°C to +45°C
Max. temperature deviations precision better than 0.1°C, uniformity better than ±0.4°C (at +18 and +25°C)

Adaptive, fuzzy-supported multifunctional PID process control for - if required set temperature dependent - multiramp (up to max. 40 segments) temperature profiles with integrated 7-day program timer with real-time clock and segment-specific in program operation (40 ramp segments) settable ramp-timer (relative time) from 1 min. up to 999 h. Menu guidance through 8-digit alphanumeric digital display.
Parallel printer interface (incl. a real-time clock with date function) for all PCL3-compatible ink-jet printers for GLP-conforming documentation. Serial interface USB with software "Celsius" with advanced features.
Multiple overtemperature protection, undertemperature protection, protection class 3.3 and gliding over/undertemperature protection linked automatically to the setpoint (ASF = Auto-Safety Function) at a preselected tolerance margin.
Digital display of all temperature and time values as well as visualizing of further important operating functions. Autodiagnostic system for rapid fault identification. Integrated long-term documenting (ring store) of all relevant data. Chip card control; setpoints and actual temperature recording up to 40 ramps. 32 kB MEMory Card XL. Works calibration certificate (chamber center) for 10°C and 37°C (IPP and ICP). Works calibration certificate (chamber center) for +18°C and +25°C (IPS).
